Villanova’s college fair was a success with over 35 colleges participating, with students from Villanova as well as Nordhoff High School. There were colleges from as close as Santa Paula to as far as Florence, Italy. The colleges catered to all students’ career interests, from fashion design to STEM to the film industry.
Since the college searching process begins around junior year, all junior level Villanova students are required to attend. Sean Salomon (’18), says that he learned a few things along the path of colleges.
“It was an opportunity to get some more information from colleges that I’ve been interested in,” Salomon said. “The seminars beforehand were really helpful, they compare and contrast the SAT and ACT and gave me insight into the possibility of playing sports in college.”
