Letter from the Editor

Dear Readers,

Thank you for supporting the Wildcat Times newspaper!

I’m proud to announce the launch of the website in the new year of 2016––the beginning of a distinguished news source for students, parents, staff, and the local community.

I would like to recognize the following teachers and staff for making this possible: Miss Burgett, Ms. O’Sullivan, and Mr. Conary. If you see them around on campus, please thank them, or, if you’re a little on the shy side, feel free to show your gratitude with a virtual round of applause (I’m sure they will appreciate it either way).

Now, for students who are not on the newspaper team already but are interested in joining, don’t be afraid to show up to a meeting! There are plenty of jobs available, whether you are interested in journalism, photography, creative writing, graphic design, or advertisement. If you have any suggestions for the newspaper, email either me or Miss Burgett for consideration.

Thank you again for all of your support. While we are still gathering articles and setting up finishing touches for the website, please enjoy these photos and past articles from your Villanova community!
